Freed from a unicorn's crown, his pearlecent horn leaks a thick essence rich with aura. Unicorns are a rare creature of the dreamscape that appear in places where the barriers between the universe's layers are thin.

 

Like many fey creatures, they are whimsical and deceptive beasts that feed by enticing and enchanting the minds and souls of other beings with illusory magic. There are stories of unicorns keeping a captive audience by locking other creatures in their lush dream groves for an eternity, and using their twisted needle-like horns to pierce the heart of anything that would try to escape. For a small period each year, a unicorn sheds their horn leaving them vulnerable. A unicorn without its horn is like an anglerfish with no teeth nor lure.
